Undertaken in 2021, the project transformed a large-scale commercial office complex in Sunninghill into a modern residential development. Located in Randburg, The Landmark phase 1 involved the conversion of an existing office building into 166 high-quality residential apartments. The second phase comprised the construction of a new 7-story residential building adjacent to the conversion site. This new development added 209 residential apartments, along with integrated common areas and communal facilities such as a residents’ lounge and gym.
