The Alpha represents South Africa’s largest office-to-residential conversion to date. Undertaken in 2021, the project transformed a large-scale commercial office complex in Sunninghill into a modern residential development. A key focus was the creation of high-quality shared amenities such as a cinema, boardrooms, pool and work spaces.
