HB Realty are experts in identifying and implementing refurbishment opportunities. Over the last few years, we have built up a portfolio of projects where we have either participated as shareholders or packaged and managed the refurbishment from start to finish.
All of our residential refurbishment projects are undertaken by us or in JV partnerships.
On completion of each development, management of the asset is handed over to Mafadi Property Management.
